Terms and Conditions

Course Enrolment
-Enrolment is confirmed once full payment is completed. 
-We reserve the right to decline an application at our discretion
-If you are not sure if you are eligible to  enrol, contact us before you make payment. 
-If you lost your certificate, you can request a copy of it for additional cost £15


Refund and Cancellation Policy 

-All payments are not refundable
-If we cancel or postpone a course, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. 


Attendance 
-Students must attend all scheduled sessions and complete all practical and theory components to receive certification.
-If a student misses a session, makeup sessions may be offered at an additional cost.
-Students are expected to participate respectfully and professionally in class.


Liability
-We are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred during or after course participation.
